PAYMENT

1.      Payment to be made within 5 business days of auction ending.

2.      If you can not pay on time, please contact us and let us know. We are reasonable people and normally OK an extension. We would rather you ask than make us lodge an unpaid item dispute.

3.      All non-payers will be reported to Sexbay unless contact has been made.

4.      Our preferred method of payment is Bank Deposit, but we do accept Paypal and Money Orders as well.

5.      The final payment amount will include final item price plus postage costs.

6.      If paying by Bank Deposit or Money Order, please quote your User ID for easy identification, otherwise delays may occur.

POSTAGE

1.      All items will be posted through Australia Post.

2.      If you would like your item posted via Registered Post, please select it when going through checkout. There is compensation of $100 if you decide to use Registered Post. If you pick Registered Post, there will be an additional cost of $2.70 per parcel which will be added on to your final amount.

3.      All postage costs include postage and packaging.

4.      All items are packaged with utmost care. We use Australia Post Bags and Boxes.

5.      DISCREETLY PACKAGED – All items are packed discreetly for you.

6.      Combined postage is available.

7.      All items must be bought within 5 days of original auction ending to have combined postage.

8.      Please contact us if you want to purchase more items over the 5 day period so we know not to finalise your invoice.

9.      A combined invoice will be sent once all items have been purchased.

10.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items once it has been posted.
